The One Bold Mindset You Need, to Overcome the Fear of Starting a Goal

Only one kind of fear is worth embracing

Let’s face it, when you decide to go against the norm and start something new, like a new diet program or a business, you may have to deal with a lot of fears that would confront you.

Questions begin to pop up in your mind. What if I fail? What if my friends don’t support me? What if, what if, what if?

Those fears are natural; the concerns valid; the reservations, reasonable.

You read stories about why people start working on a goal, then give up along the way.

You go a step further to look at the statistics of the failure rate of business and wonder which side of the divide you might find yourself.

You might even predict what effects failing would have on your psyche, and you decide to play it safe.

You may not even be overthinking it here, just being realistic and data-driven. Different voices are speaking to you, and alternative escape routes are unfolding for you. Or you may be over-analyzing everything, making poor projections without firm foundations.

Your logic may get tested, your motivation challenged, your drive questioned.

Only one mindset can…
