Not at all. If you do something for 18 straight days (think learning new language, how to play the guitar, etc.) I figure you'd know some things about it.

But FYI, I've been writing sparingly on Medium since August 2019. I am not a fulltime writer, nor do I consider myself an expert.

But I can't wait for 30 years to share what I've learnt; some of it may be obsolete by then.

Could I have gone the "what I learnt after 18 days" route? Probably.

But as I said, the people for whom I wrote this find it very resourceful, and at the end of the day, I'm glad my experiences have helped someone.

They don't care that it is imperfect, so long as it makes sense to them, I think they're good.

I've also learnt a lot from my peers who've shared a few experiences here and there.

Most of these people are not 30-year vets, but they've been just as helpful.
