… to it every day. Or I’ve seen people regularly write single-sentence stories or other short texts. What if I made an effort to step back from a frustrating situation and instead of letting the thoughts go round and round, I opened my Notes app or took out my paper notebook and wrote a few words down instead of giving more energy to my anxieties?
