I agree, man. Sometimes, the gifts go to those who don't really need it. And it saddens me.

…trated at the gap between what you think someone wants and what they actually want. And vice versa. The exchanging of gifts is incredibly inefficient but in many cultures, it’s a social game we play (whether we like it or not).
