First off, congrats on turning 30. Cheers to life.

I still have a few months to go. Time has absolutely flown. But unlike you, I would love to re-live some years in my teens and 20s. Hindsight, wishful thinking, etc., I know.

But since I can't, it means I have to make sure I don't repeat some of those mistakes from decades past.
