Caring for the elderly is challenging as is, let alone those with Alzheimers. Unless you're adequately replaced, part of me feels maybe you could have gone back to help. Or at least thought more deeply about it, given the positive impact you had on some of the clients.

I caveat that with my ignorance of the conditions and the emotional toll it may have had on you.
