Too many people are caught up in their own web of knowledge when they’re better off unlearning what they think they know.
Unless you have first-hand experience running a side business or that Midas touch, be careful about depending solely on what you know.
If you want your side business to succeed, open up to new ways of doing things, to ideas that may be radically different from yours.
